Acciona Energias Renovables is a Spanish renewable energy developer with solar, wind, hydrogen, and energy storage projects around Europe.

EV Motors is a Spanish producer of electric vehicles under the EBRO brand in Spain.

Grupo Empresarial San Jose is a Spanish construction firm that generates a small portion of their revenue from solar farms, but most from general infrastructure construction like roads and bridges.

CLERHP Estructuras is a Spanish construction firm. While they do generate some revenue from building wind turbines, they generate most from generic construction activities like buildings and roadways.

Audax Renovables is a large Spanish renewable energy developer with wind and solar projects throughout Europe. They also distribute gas, but this is a minority of their revenue.

Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles is a Spanish company that makes a majority of its revenue from providing passenger trains from high speed to electrified metro, thus enabling more people to use public transit instead of driving. They also make a series of buses, another important mass transit solution.

Grupo Ezentis is a Spanish company that builds electrical grid systems in Latin America in Europe. It, however, generates more revenue from building telecommunication networks, so we exclude them as of our 2025 review.

Atalaya Mining is a Spanish mining company that generates a majority of its revenue from extracting copper, a key mineral for the energy transition.

Robot specializes in creating and installing building automation systems with a historical focus on hotels so they can use energy more efficiently.

Redeia is a large owner and builder of electrical grids in Spain, helping more of that country use electricity instead of fossil fuels.

Exel Composites is a Finnish company that makes plastic composites for a variety of industries, but less than a majority of their revenue came from serving the wind industry and the mass transit mobility industry as of our 2025 review.

Meriaura now seems to generate 100% of their revenue from providing solar heating solutions to industry and solar energy systems as of our 2025 review.

Wartsila is based in Finland and is focused on helping the maritime and electricity sectors decarbonize, but most of their revenue still comes from traditional fossil-fuel burning engines and power plants.

Lassila is a waste management company in the Nordics that generated a reported 35% of their revenue from renewable energy. They also engage in recycling and strongly promote the circular economy, but we could not verify how much of their revenue are from these direct activities vs. traditional waste management and we could also not find a % for landfills with methane capture, so we exclude them in our 2025 review.

As of our 2025 review, Neste Oyj only generated 38% of their revenue from biofuels with the rest from traditional fuels and other services, so we exclude them.

Dovre Group is a Finnish company that does some work in renewables but generates more revenue from its consulting businesses as of our 2025 review.

Kempower makes EV charging stations and equipment in the Nordics along with the necessary associated software, making it easier to drive electric.
