EcoUp offers two products that are both climate solutions. They make a building insulation material from low-grade, waste materials like old newspapers that help buildings keep a more stable internal temperature. And they have a recycling process for mineral wool (from traditional insulation) that keeps it from going into landfills, and instead makes it a valuable ingredient for cement and concrete.

Lamor Corporation is a Finnish group that specializes in recovering from oil spills, recycling, and land remediation. They do not provide a detailed breakdown of their revenue by business segment, so we do not include them in our 2025 review.

Merus Power specializes in energy storage and power quality solutions - devices that transform electricity to meet the needs of a business, thus helping enable the electrification of everything

Apetit is a Finnish food company that generates a majority of their revenue from selling seed oils. While plant-based, these do not generally directly replace animal-based oils, so we exclude them.

Solar Foods is a Finnish company that makes a microbial replacement for animal proteins.

Glaston is a Finnish company that builds manufacturing lines that enable manufacturers around the world to build high performance glass and windows.

Entech is a French company that specializes in off-grid and micro-grid applications through a range of renewable energy sources paired with energy storage, as of our 2025 review they are also expanding to the green hydrogen industry

While OPmobility does generate some revenue from designing electric car batteries and hybrid systems, it generates more from traditional car design activities (like automated lift gates and internal lighting), so we exclude them in our 2025 review.

Vergnet is a provider of technologies that make it easier for grids to integrate renewable power, including solutions for increasing hybrid power technologies that replace some fossil fuel use with renewables and energy storage with projects around Europe.

Rexel is a French electronics company that produces products for the solar industry, but generates most of its revenue from non-climate solutions use cases.

Technip is a French firm that largely serves the offshore oil and gas industry while making a small amount of its revenue from biofuels and offshore wind.

CMG Cleantech seems to no longer have operations, with only a single reported employee as of our 2025 review, so we exclude them.

Forsee Power makes battery systems for light and heavy duty vehicles in France as well as smaller applications like electric bikes. They also make charging systems.

Enogia generates a majority of their revenue from devices that recover and "recycle" waste heat by converting it into electricity as well as hydrogen fuel cells.
