Solar Foods is a Finnish company that makes a microbial replacement for animal proteins.

Johnson Controls is an Irish company that specializes in automating buildings so they can maintain a stable internal temperature and heat and cool water with less energy.

SBM Offshore is a Dutch provider of equipment to the offshore oil and gas industry. We wanted to see if they served the offshore wind industry as well, but it seems they do not.

Aalberts is based out of the Netherlands and offers a range of products for the automation of how liquids flow through buildings thus enabling them to be more energy efficient.

DUG Foodtech is a Swedish company that makes a number of plant-based drinks. While plant-based, they do not seem to be designed to replace animal products in the food system, so we exclude them.

Knorr-Bremse is a German manufacturer of train safety components. While they do have many products that serve passenger trains, they also serve freight and they do not provide a breakdown of revenue from each segment, so we exclude them in our 2025 review.

While Muhlbauer does some work with solar cells and their RFID cards can be used in enabling transit a majority of their revenue comes from other RFID technologies that are not climate solutions, as of our 2025 review.

Climeon makes a system that captures wasted heat and converts it into electricity. A majority of their revenue comes from doing this on shipping container ships, thus making shipping more efficient because less fuel is needed to generate onboard electricity, a unique but meaningful climate solution.

N. Leventeris is a Greek producer of steel cabling. While some of their products are used in supporting the electrical grid, most are for other applications, so we exclude them

AgriEuro purports to engage engage in fish farming, but we cannot find any online information about them to verify if they are implementing and novel ways of energy efficiency, so we exclude them.

Altech Advanced Materials is a German company that claims to have made more efficient lithium-ion battery technology, but they have not provided an investor report in two years and they recently were a "green paper" company, so we'll revisit them in next years update.

Meta Wolf is a German provider of construction equipment that also generates 2% of their revenue from solar farms.
